IconPackages - Cannot apply any packages from the web

I tried downloading some themes (.iptheme) from the web but after extracting the .zip file I only get a e.g. FarkusXP.icl and FarkusXP.iptheme file.
When I load the iptheme file in Iconpackager is all I get the name of the package but not a single icon displayed.
I made a screenshot http://www.8ung.at/sinus_b/icon.jpg
And when I try to apply the theme nothing happens and just the original winxp theme applies.
Anyone know what to do?

Sorry but that didnt help me 
The preview-screen is still empty and when I klick on "Preview" no Icons are shown.
When I double click the renamed file Iconpackager starts up and shows me "Icon & Cursors" with the standard WinXP icons & cursors

What was the problem? I have downloaded lots of packages and they won't work on my icon packager, I'm running Object Desktop Enhanced Pro

In that case, all you needed to do was rename the .zip to .ip, and double click it to install.
A complete icon package has an .ip extension, and is simply a renamed .zip, with a .icl and .iptheme inside it. If you don't feel like renaming it, you can leave it as a .zip, and use IconPackager to browse for the zip file.
That was a lot of file extensions. I hope that makes sense.
