CC: the layout is uesd with permission.
Basehead.org was some time ago, initially set up to handle the walls/photos/"art" from Skinbase - basically a "split-site". Basehead.org for the walls - Skinbase for the skins/themes. Never got as far as being an official split though.
And as Koa-san said, it belongs to gRAVE and is hosted at the same server as Skinbase - no "foul play"
(even though I am admin at Skinbase I have no "powers" over Basehead. As far as I know only Adni have)

I wonder why I never been active on any other skinsite than WC... maybe I should take a look at skinbase...

| I just joined SkinBase filled in the info and got a confirmation by email. When I try to login using the ID Essencay and password I setup I get nothing but a return to the page I was on with it still showing that I'm not logged in. I made sure my software is allowing cookies for skinbase.org. Is there something else I need to do? |

Each wallpaper displayed on Basehead.org can be removed on request from the author.
That's nice of them....
