Account preferences...

Every time I close my browser window and re-open to return here, I have to go back into my preferences again and again to RE-check "Screenshots" [to be shown, that is..] But when I close the window and come back - it's gone, again..
.. Any ideas here?...

That happens to me in IE6, but not often...it's definately something to do with cookies and how the browsers handle them. Beyond that, I don't know....perhaps its something caused by WinCustomize's changes to their cookie system. I always get logged out, and have to re-login and I get that message.
Try https://www.wincustomize.com/killcookies.asp - the link will delete all cookies associated with WinCustomize, then try it again.

I get that page that says logon failed email/password invalid....yada yada every once in a while, but when I look at the top right-hand corner of the page it still says Welcome Essencay!....and I'm really already logged in. So I think it's like what Hus says....that WC is still tweaking their cookies.

It is in fact, the on going 'Cookie' problem. T-Man knows about it and I have no doubt he will get it resolved (as he always does) sooner rather then later.
