Premium Suite Updates or Upgrades?

I purchased a couple of the premium suites a while back - Carbonix from WinCustomize and PixOS from Pixtudio. Now that WB has developed some more features, I was wondering whether it is reasonable to expect these suite to get updated too.
I know there is time and money involved for the authors to do so, so would consider paying a discounted "upgrade" price. By bringing these suites up to date, it may even encourge a few new buyers out of the woodwork!
Anybody else have opinions on this? As if I need to ask...

I have both as well and I don't notice that either isn't skinning everything, except maybe toolbar icons.
