I was wondering if i have to import the color palette that i used to make the image into windows and if so how and where do i put it ?? Thanx for the help in advance

oh, well nevermind anyway, 
I thought you referring to the BootSkin program, which is much safer than replacing ntoskml.exe. I know nothing about what you're dong other than, I want nothing to do with it.

That should be 16 COLORS 4BIT. If your image is 16 bit, that's your problem.
