WindowBlinds problem

Hi !
I have a little problem with WB 4.30.022!If i go to WB advanced configuration >Settings>User overrides>XP overrides and "Always use the XP taskbar defined in...".I use now NewTech and maybe I want to put exsample Killer to that "Always.....", nothing happen,it doesn`t work!In previous versions it is working,so what is that problem??This is not very big thing,but I like to know why not? So,if somebody knows ,pls answer!!!!
