animation did not appear on window blinds v4

im using window blinds v4, I just downloaded and apply thunder storm wb skin the problem is that only the start button have animation while others like file copy etc still uses the default window xp animation is the some wb settings that need to change or do i have to installed some other software?

Open WB Config/My Animations...set to what you want and apply.
