Funky WindowBlinds Bug?

Anyone have an idea why I would get Chinese characters at the end of this WB Tooltip. Happens with every skin I install. I am using WB 4.3 build 141 on XP Home Version 2002 SP1

I get the boxes also but didnt pay attention. I'm still trying to figure out why Skin Studio launches MS Word

Weird, I don't get that. I'd check for viruses, or ask a chinese guy what those symbols mean.

Of course, I have tool tips turned off. So, that might be a reason.

I'm clean.....I'm now more of the thinking that one of the WB skins I installed hooked me up with a font that's the problem. It should be fairly easy for me to backtrack and figure out, since almost all the skins I've downloaded recently came from GUIOlympics and this only started happening this week.

I would try to find out which font the tool tip is using. You can find that by going to display settings, appearance tab, advanced, other advanced controls. By the way, mine says Tahoma.

Mine's Tahoma as well, and it's not anything that's been recently modified. I found out I can make it stop happening and why it's only been happening for the last week. It only happens when I use the Large or Extra Large font setting in Display properties. Under normal font settings, everything is fine. I've been testing the other font sizes for my WB skin for visionally impaired and had left the larger font size on because I got used to it and forgot about it. So I've narrowed it down that far, but still don't know why it happens.
