Customize WindowsBlinds 4

I just downloaded windows Blinds 4 public and am having trouble changing the colors of the background etc. I want to customize the colors on my theme, What do I do? What files to I change?

I downloaded that aswell! How does one use that software to change color? I dont know if there is a tutorial. Windows Blinds is some cool stuff
