Feature Request - Start menu skinning

Hi,
I am fiddling arround with Startmenu-Backgrounds in Start 11 and I have a question / feature request:
It is possible to have a frame arround the startmenu, but only when the pic is the same exact size as the menu itself. As this is highly individual it would be great to have some stretch/tile options for that section.
