Logons and colour codes

in some logons i'd want to change some colours and ask myself what kind of colour code is used ??
Ex :
pnlCenterFirstcolor=16777215
pnlCenterLastcolor=16777215
16777215 does not seem to be a RGB value. what kind is it ??

well, I'm sure you can find docs online but if that doesn't work, use LogonStudio to modify a copy of the logon and then compare the changed version with the original. Good Luck!

But another question : How to change place of the message "Click your user Name" ?
Is it with a change in the theme.ini or in the uifile.txt ? and which are the possible value for it ??
