It has become apparent to me that I cannot post something on this site hoping for a real conversation...it seems that only people exist on here are the ones who want to insult someone, immature people, and/or kids. I thought this site had a higher standard, I appologize for expecting more out of its users. I am going back to programming, another programmer this site just lost because of it's inflexibility. I never once cussed, or made fun of anyone...I had a very decent opinion and conversation and then my original thread got locked...where are the open minds these days?

I prefer 'socialist'.
The bottom line here is that ultimately Apple will have issues with 'AquaDock' as its use of the name is directly connected/associated with the Apple branding and since it is an Apple's feature being emulated will definitely raise their interest.....so it's pointless getting all eager about a time-bombed product doomed to extinction...

So, you insult others by calling them names "Communist" and everyone else is immature? Hmm.
You come here insulting the products that many users here enjoy, and you expect a friendly welcome. You don't offer any suggestions to improve the product, you just flame away at it. And you are surprised that the users here, who like the products, answer you in kind?
When you attack, most people attack back. It's normal human reaction. I think you need to look at yourself, and not try to judge others. Unless, you are god. And your behavior clearly suggests that you are not.
Try the constructive criticism approach. Offer suggestions, and you may find that more people will agree with you, and will react differently towards you.

wow...you all are proving my point. i heard all these putdowns/comebacks/insults way back in 1st grade. Immaturity, that's all you all boil down too. Once again, my point is proved, conversations here are not worth my time, and anyone here with an IQ higher than 160 will agree, but I won't get hopeful.

i have an IQ higher than 160. your problem is that you were not using facts in your first post.
1. AquaDock is nothing but a hack of Y´z Dock. no programming was involved in AquaDock. just reshacking to change the icon and the name. some lamer uploaded this to profit from Mr. Yamaguchi´s hard work.
2. Y´z Dock (as the lame hack, they are the same programs) does not use DirectX, but GDI+. another proof how clueless you really are. if you want a dock that uses DirectX look for MobyDock.
personally i prefered Y´z Dock over ObjectDock for the simple reason that ObjectDock seems to have some bugs that caused to freeze my computer every now and then. right now i´m using bbinterface with bbslit and am happy with that.

you were wrong in all of your three points.
