Water efect for desktop

Does anyone knows where can I find efect that looks like there is a water in the monitor, when you move cursor it is like you cut water with finger.

Whan you move cursor there are waves behind it. I dont know if it is a wallpaper or a cursor effect, but it is like it is a water between wallpaper and monitor glass.If you dont move cursor you dont even know that there is something.

Yep, Sounds like a cursor "trail" If you have cursor XP it is somewhere in the settings. There are alot of effects. C Ya!

This porogram doesn't have the cursor effect but is pretty cool too
