When Notifying Of Bugs In SKins Etc....

When notifying of bugs and out of place graphics please try and give good detail of the problem if its not basic and straight forward and possibly a shot of the problem.
The reason I'm posting this is as of late I got 2 comments about my quicklaunch not matching up...no problem I fixed it ( thanks to Thornz for the heads up) and recieved an email concerning the same problem with an attached shot which I did not recieve in the email, so I replied with I don't get why you sent me this email, sadly it was taken the wrong way and now it has been publically posted im "Ill-mannered" and "arrogant" for not accepting critism. I accept it with great pleasure to make my work better.
So please add some text with the problem as images are not always recieved/work to avoid this problem with other skinners.
And Yrgal I apologise for the mix up but your now seeing me from the wrong light.

Im in no way looking for apologies, I just thought I'd address the problem so others don't make it, I took nothing to heart just clearing a missunderstanding
