Errors when downloading from SDC

I'm getting this error for every single thing I try to download from SDC:
There was an error installing (program nam). The following error occurred:
Error: Invalid chunk data (4384 : 5740). Redownloading chunk 0 (attempt 1). Request header: range: bytes=0-
Error: Invalid chunk data (4384 : 5740). Redownloading chunk 0 (attempt 2). Request header: range: bytes=0-
Error: Invalid chunk data (4384 : 5740). Redownloading chunk 0 (attempt 3). Request header: range: bytes=0-
Result: Failed (incorrect file size)
Would you like to view the installation log file?

I'm going back through now, working my way through the list. Some of the stuff works now, but others are still giving me the above error message.

SDC version installed should be: 1.30.264 built 46. Install this http://storage.stardock.com/files/sdcentral_current.exe and let it auto-update

Ok, I did the upgrade and it solved most of the problems, but I still have two items giving different error messages.
