Problems cropping images for Desktop X

I have had help on this topic before and have been doing fine until now...
I croped this image perfectly and made sure that all the pink was 255 0 255 but this is what I keep on getting:

O well I ll describe it:
I cropped it perfectly but it has a shell of speckled pink 10 pixles wide!
What am I doing wrong?

1)You can't link files on Your own harddrive in the internet. The only one being able to see it are You Yourself. I suggest collecting some pc/internet knowledge before even messing with skinning.
