I think I just realized that all skins start at a 6 and then develop from there. WC just posted my latest (Aquarius) and it started at a six. I think all my skins have started at a 6. I should have had 1 more cup of coffee before thinking this morning.

Almost all skins start off as a 6 with the exception that if the moderator really sees something special they themselves may give it a higher rating to start off with. Yours came out as a 6, common. Someone did give it a very low rating to it down to a 4 but then someone also came along and gave it a higher to bring it back to a 5. It is really hard to say sometimes what the causes are. Meaning, if the ratings given are what a person really thinks something deserves "by downloading and looking over a skin" or if they just do not like the theme they see in the preview. Sadly there seems to be no way to stop this kind of activity from these types of unfair people.
