If you want to try to prevent other skin users from having a user picture, you need to adjust content margins for the User Pane (a negative value for Left margin) until the user picture disappears.
To adjust the location of the Username text, you can use the Text Alignment settings in combination with the Content margin adjustments for the User Pane (Find these setting by clicking User Pane under StartPanel in the left tree pane of Skin Studio, and then looking for them in the right attributes pane in Skin Studio.
The font settings can also be adjusted in part in this same area under Text Settings>Font Normal. The constraint is Font#, referring to Preset Fonts you define, found under Miscellaneous>Presets>Font Presets in the left tree pane of skin studio.

thanks again and see ya later all!Reply #14 Wednesday, March 24, 2004 9:30 PM
This will also have the advantage that you won't need to crank up the compression as much to make the page load quickly, hence avoiding the jpg artifacts the graphics exhibit at the moment.
...of course, this would be much easier if you have good tools for the job such as Fireworks, DreamWeaver or ImageReady for example.

It's aim is very different to your's, but look at the title banner for the technique I'm refering to. (BTW, ignore the first page as someone seems to have broken the scalability on the main bit of that one page!)
