i converted the Windows XP Luna Default Blue Visual Style to WindowBlinds UIS2 format and i want to know if i need permission from micro$osft to upload it.

ah, it would be nice to release a half-way decent luna/metallic/homestead/server 2003 windowblinds skin. oh well.

The reason I installed windowblinds was because I found the original theme so boring. Please, no more!!

i've seen all the skins on the site, and i've used all of them. i haven't found them to be all that good. i found that the skins i converted from the luna.msstyles file (WB:Luna(blue,silverOB:Luna(blue) work the best.

all the luna sklns i've used always glitch. i've tried about 15 or so diff. skins and they all glitch. i've had no problems with the converted skins.

2747 WB skins....and you've used them all?
I've been her since a long time before day 1 and I'll bet I have not even SEEN half of them, let alone installed them....
I'm not old enough to have downloaded and installed them ALL....

i've downloaded them over a period of time. not all at once. and i haven't downloaded anything when logged in. i just remembered i had this account yesterday. i don't even remember when i signed up.
