sysmetrix bargraph

By the way, it has nothing to do with tiling. Sysmetrix always displays the full background image and only displays a fraction of the progress bar image based on the relative value(0-100%) of the data you have set it to monitor.

In other words, you need to paint the bargraph background on top of your main Sysmetrix background and if you use layers, merge it with the background layer so it all becomes one bitmap. If your main background is called MyTheme.bmp, then the bargraph background will be a part of MyTheme.bmp, not a separate image. Then you have to create just one other image that shows the progress bar when it is full. After that it's just a matter of pointing Sysmetrix to that image for the feature you want to use in the configuration dialogue and adjusting the alignment.
