hey can someone help me... when i download a theme it says that i cant use it cause windows doesnt reconize it. do i need a program for it to work???

If its a desktop x theme you need desktop x, if its a windowblinds theme you need windowblinds. Search around this site and you will find the programs necessary. Someone else with probably post the links after this post. Im just too darn lazy at the moment.
