badblueboy, I believe there have been some misunderstandings with translation/language here. NightTrain was agreeing with me that there are some really wonderful people on this site, the comment was inspired by you. We need to wipe this clean and start over, your generous offer has been noticed by several of us as an act of kindness and it is so nice to see. Some people have a right to be a little suspicious, it's not a nice world, you just need to keep on doing what you're doing and those people will come around.

Ok so I had to go out and I had a chance to think about something. Here it is. (BBB please take no offense cause this in no way is directed at you, but only in response to the whole topic), now, are you really helping alexuu22 by sending him free stuff? I dont think so. I think my original comment "Get a job" even though I meant it as a joke is better for him (or her) in the long run. BBB, your actions are very noble. I can tell that you are an open minded person and the world can use a couple billion more with your perspective. However in the long run Alexuu22 will be better off looking for a job.

BBB if you are really interested in purchasing something for a fellow member of this community, all you have to do is contact StarDock and give them the information of the person you want to purchase the product for. They will contact that person to make sure the transaction can be made and all ends can be happy.
But for future references, you need to follow the threads before you post/reply. In this case you need to take a close look at the fact that who ever Alexuu22 is, he started this thread but has not made any more appearances, which leads many to speculate that he might be playing a joke or made the thread just to see the reaction of people.

On the other hand if I have created missunderstandings I apologize once again, because helping somebody nowadays can cause missunderstandings!!If Alexxu22 has played a joke he will not appear any more and was not honest.Regarding the statement from NightTrain2002 I would like to repeat that I dind't want to single out anybody. I just feelt like intending to help but everybody was shooting at me.
We hope that this case is now closed . I apologize once again if anybody felt hurt.

As much as I LOVE WindowBlinds (and a couple of others - I've subscribed to Object Desktop), it IS getting rather expensive. @ "like 45$" (49.95) A YEAR, I've done it for 3 years now (4th is coming up soon.) and starting to realize that it/they'll have to be 'finished' eventually. Hopefully this yearly fee will a bit then?

Actually, it's only $34.95 to renew your subscription, and frankly I still think it's a bargain at that price. Think about it, you get the latest and greatest updates as they occur including new features as well as fixes for equal to or less than the price you pay to upgrade other software once a year or every other year at most.

For the most part OD is a great program and as Shameless Designs mentioned, it is quite a bargain at that price (even with the upgrades)
I've found my self purchasing programs worth 100's of dollars and then shell another $60-80 in upgrades within a year.
But it's not an issue of 'don’t fix it if it's not broken' As demands from consumers and the ever growing need to add new things, developers must keep up with the latest features.
The fact that some people (my self included) don’t use or will never use all of the features, does not mean that everyone else is not going to use them.
As a consumer, a person will upgrade according to his/her needs.

Pennsylvania...I deliver to stores and fill machines...65 accounts in all...takes me about 2-3 hours a night...been doing it 16 years.
