Need help for Icon Developer

Ok so I'm new to this game 
Just got the entire package & would like to know how to save a theme.
I can save the icon package & have read the manual, but there doesn't appear to be an option for saving a theme.
Have I missed something or am I just being manic

You have to use Icon Packager to save a theme 
Developer only saves iconcs, and you can edit .ico and .icl files Go to View/package builder, in Icon Packager and make a theme
