Admin....re-purchase of aquarium

I really need help! Previously, when I bought WB I used my husbands visa card and now I used his mastercard an error comes up(after I submit)saying this is not the registerd card. Now it says "do not re-submit??? Donno what to do, it got me stumped

I know you emailed sales, but for the record...
You shouldn't have to repurchase anything (per the thread title). https://www.stardock.com/support will resend the latest download links and serials to the email address you ordered under.
If you're getting an error like you describe above with another card on a new order, I'm guessing its the CVV code or the zip code or something. Sales can tell you.
