yea yea you run into the troubles of actually penalizing people. you have to find their identify, locate them, demand the invoice, then follow through, and that itself costs money. but artwork is artwork.. this stuff matters. just my 2 cents.

I'm on that site. In the last week I have seen rips of foood, PixOS, and Indemnity/Chad. Now I kinda wonder about some other stuff too. Some of the members...er...well...don't get it. I'm a teeny bit fristrated.

Perhaps the author might also post work at another site and may have their email address available there. But if you cannot get in touch with them or if you do email an author and they fail to respond, you have no legal right to use their work for anything other than personal use (i.e. that means no public distribution).
