Hmm. Well, theres probably alot of traffic to it. I can understand them not being prepared for the load.

Well yeah, but I expect it runs on Stardock servers, right?

Let's just say attempting to restart an IIS service can have a lovely cascade effect on other IIS services that only a swift kick to the reboot button will help.
