login to wincustomize site?

How or can you login? Tried creating new account, tried forget password nothing works. Just goes around in circles, back to login.. Can login to forums but not site..

Richard... your original account is still there...shows in the User Lookup.
When I got in I had to close all the tabs related to Stardock and type the url directly in ... eg https://wincustomize.com

If all don't work, Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Richard, sorry you're having problems but I believe that since you have 2 accounts with 2 emails, you now have to merge them. To do that, go here:
https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4/group/14/create/10142
Merge the relhom702 account into the relhom account.
Then, after clearing data and cookies, log in as relhom with thar user name and it's password.
If instead, you wish to raise a ticket about your current issue, go here:
https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4/group/14/create/10139
And fill out the form and submit it. You'll get an email reply with the ticket number. Keep it for reference. Be patient and don't resubmit. It'll kick your ticket to the end of the queue. As you probably know, Support is very busy trying to recover accounts, etc.

The process to merge two different accounts is not intuitive to me. I tried, and the email that I expected to get, never arrived. Maybe I am not understanding the process correctly. I will try again when I have more time. Right now I am busy with other stuff going on, and don't want to deal with this. Doesn't help when posting on this forum is limited or blocked daily after 1 or 2 postings.

Well, I tried yet again, and my 2 accounts have not been merged yet. I think I am going to let it rest. I'll just make do with my new account. If after trying several times isn't accomplishing anything, then I might as well leave things alone.

Don't give up. I'm pretty sure Jafo will be coming up with a solution to the problem you and several other folks are having, so keep watching for it.

Relax a little, 3java3, and let some time pass. It's weekend, so I guess not too much is happening right now, but I'm sure there will be a solution in the near future.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Just as a test have you tried different browsers or from different system and login from there? If you can from another browser or another system. Try clearing browser cache and see if that help.
