version of skin?

I notice a lot of people often update skins but often I can't remember if I have or haven't already downloaded the updated version of the skin. How can I tell which version of skin I already have?

Read the authors comments. It normally says when it was last updated. If you haven't updated after that date then, you probably have an earlier version. That's the only way that I know.
