If another site takes my subscriptions (wallpaper)

Can I put them on here too?
Not that this place will take my stuff,
but can I upload them here too?
Every wallpaper I've uploaded here has been turned down,(making me work harder at it) but has been accepted and downloaded quite a few times at that other place, *******.org. I'm only uploading at the other place cause I get rejected here. I want my work seen, and downloaded.
Back to my question... Can I do both places?
