I would like to personally thank everyone who contributed to this thread. I believe that I now have a greated understanding of why there are copyright laws. I do think it is unfortunate that some people responded to my original thread very harshly, but the whole issue over copyrighting is a very sensitive one. If anyone was offended by how I originally handled the situation then I would like to formally apologize for the way I presented my opinion.
I do realize that the way I presented my opinion originally was practically unacceptable. The only thing that I can really say is that things could still be copyrighted in such a way that there would be no way to take credit for work that was not created by someone other than the creator of the work. I know that I may be putting more light on the obvious answer, but whenever someone creates something, they should leave a mark, name, symbol or something that relates to them so that their work will be distinguishable from others work, thus making it much harder to copy and take credit for something. I am speaking mainly in regards to WindowsBlinds Skins.
