Help with Object Dock (PLEASE!!)

Hello, excuse my ignorance but how do you create a shortcut in objectdock to 1) A web page and 2) a specific folder 3) my adsl connection in the network menu. Normal shortcuts are all .exe based so I can do these, I'm just stumped on these others!
One thing I have tried is using the argument and typing in the long string of characters and numbers found in the item I'm linking to's properties. This does not work however. (for example I have a desktop shortcut to connect to adsl, I right clicked on properties and saw a long string, typed this into the dock items properties in the argument and it didn't do nothing other than say it couldn't find the path. I typed in explorer.exe as the link.)

folder: same as above accept accept type in the location of the folder into the command/location area.
I don't know about your adsl connection.
