Still cannot get the Toolbar Icons

After d/ling a theme that is Toolbar Icon Supported, the tollbar icons are not showing up when I open the WinCustomize Advanced Config. I look under the 'My Toolbars' button and they are not there. This is getting very confusing & frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

but the skin i want has toolbar icons, it once worked and you can see it in the screenshot

check settings in WB Advanced
under My Toolbars....
Use the WindowBlinds colouring...should be checked
and Always use the toolbar icons defined in the current skin should be checked.
Also your not running webblinds at the same time are you?
