Apple keyboard remapping query

Saturday, February 14, 2004 by dowkeruk | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

I apologise if this query is not appropriate for this
board. Is there a way of using Keyboard Launchpad to set
the F15 key on the apple keyboard to the usual windows
`pause/break'. Can one use the key code? If so what is it?

The USB keyboards will work. Some of the keys are screwy though.

I'm using the Apple white keyboard under XP, SP1
and everything is fine (automatic installation) only
the three keys prtscn, scoll lock, and pause/break
aren't supported. I don't use these, except the last
to stop runaway DOS programs. I have run Applekeys, but
that's no help. The keyboard is very neat.

I was having the same problem and I have solved it with the freeware AppleKeys. Go there and get it, it works fine
