how do i install the themes i downloaded yes i am new please help!

Depending on what you downloaded, DesktopX themes or Winstyle themes, get the software program that is associated with the theme by going to the website in the About Title of that library

https://www.stardock.com/products/desktopx/ you can get the software at this link. Generally though when you are looking in the skin libraries, there is a link there in the About Title
