Icon Packager

Since I downloaded iconpackager after a reinstall of my OS, I noticed that when I try to convert a .png to .icn there is no image....just blank. It seems to only work for .icn to .icn but it used to work for .png to .icn...any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm using XP Pro if that matters. thanks to everyone for any help suggested.

.icn is a Mac icon format, if I'm not mistaken. IconDeveloper converts png to .ico, but not .icn. IconPackager can't read .png, and doesn't convert anything. 
As Travis points out, there are problems with the current version of IconDeveloper....

Thanks Travis, I also tried some other programs like Cool Icon Editor to see if they worked but same result. I'm assuming the bugs in Icon Developer affects how I view all .png's on my computer.

By the way, I have converted png's to icon formats (128x128) on the earlier version...sorry about the .icn, meant .icon
