hello team of Wincustomize, im an account of this site, but... the problem is that when i put my email and passwd i must download all the skins for programs and everytime i do that the sistem recognize me but it askme constantly if im a user or not, so, i dont undesrtand!!!, please expalin me how can i do, to download this skins, im a user level 2.

thanks, im expecting an answer!, please!!

i wana ask something im a user level2 , i only can put my skins and talk about some opinion?Why i cant download skins i dont ask to much, maybe 6 or 7 in the day!, if i cant i dont understand the privilege of being a user!, please explain me this situation!

Please bear with me while I ask some things of you, since I am guessing that your first language is not english

1. You have the program/software installed for the skin you want to use?

2. Did you pay for that program/software or are you using a trial version?

3. If you program/software is not the problem, have you downloaded a lot of skins from here?

4. If you paid for the software, have you cross-referenced your stardock account to your wincustomize account?

As soon as someone knows what answers you are looking for, you will get an answer, we are all very friendly here

Go to check if you have your firewall to reject cookies, if go right mouse click on internet explorer and then: Delete all cookies. (or something like that )

If that dasn't work go to the privacy tab and check there how high the slider is, lower it one or two clicks should fix the problem.

any other suggestions?

i never knew there was a limit.. i bought OD just after i found this place 'cause i wanted to whip my taskbar with a stick. i don't think i could handle 50 megs of wall papers.
