How many people can rip the same firefox icon in one day?

The funny thing to me is when they say, just the default icon for it....why would someone overwrite the default icon with the default icon??! Guess it's better than the ones that say, hey look what I made!
sigh...in the description on these items people should honestly say what program they used to make it...internet explorer.

I know Jafo, but I'm the type of person that likes to dig around and find the answers on my own, only as a last resort will I ask for help.
Hence the reason I believe I only have one post recorded at WC and that was 54 days ago, and believe me when I say (aimed at noobs)there is a wealth of information on this site if you just take the time to look around.
I'm not trying to toot my own horn, but I'm sure glad I took the time to read the stickies and do searches and follow threads on my own to find the answers to my questions before making a bunch of posts that usually end up raising the ire of some of the long time veterans of this site.
Anywho I hope that with time and practice I will become a Welcome Contributor to the Skinning Community.

I think I know what's going on. Objectdock is unable to display the high-resolution icon that comes in the *.exe in the taskbar area, if you click add this app to the dock it shows you the high resolution icon but again not in the taskbar area, so i think people just feel that they are doing good by submitting and helping other people. Just an opinion.

i don't mind people making png's of the default icons for use in object bar, or tracing the icons larger for people who enjoy using larger icons. if its the same exact thing though (i don't use that program) then.. yeah.. that's pretty silly.
i do agree though there are many many office icons.. however it doesn't bother me, anyone is allowed to try and perfect their own version.. and all of them really do have their differences. i found one i liked a while ago and stuck with it.

Should see Neowin then, atleast 3 - 5 threads of different people with the same png :/
I had no idea there was a png already as it appears to be taken from
"Look! i made it wohooo im so leet! and its go my name under it i feel so proud!"
Or worse yet, they are making walls of it now based on the about dialog. It so sad ever since firefox got released everyone been going nuts, like they just discovered sex! talk about obsessed, Yeah baby!
