In ZA config, go to Privacy and clean out cache files, then go to the site list in the privacy section, right click on the site and select options, then you can customize the site thru that window. It probalby has something to do with third party cookies or the private header information.

I do have a firewall, but I allowed the request to go to CDDB when it asked.
(additional information thrown in just for the heck of it): I have never had a problem with it until I installed the updates. It is totally possible that the CDDB site is down atm, nice coincidence, but possible
