Can no longer see ratings

I'm probably overlooking something really obvious, but -- even though I'm a "user level 4" -- I can no longer see the skin ratings. This started after I bought a Wincusomtize browser subsrcription and also upgraded to the premium version of Cursor XP. Previously I could see the ratings. Now they don't appear either when viewing the skins through the regular Internet Explorer browser or through the Wincustomize browser. Thanks, MPD

Mine just went away yesterday. Multiple computers, multiple browsers, doesn't make a difference, I can't see any ratings.

OK, now I am really confused. For the last few days, I couldn't see any ratings, but I could still rate skins.
Today, I can see the ratings, but I can't rate them.
I assume that things are in process of changing to the new rating system so I will remain patient, but you know what they say about assuming.

My ratings somtimes disapear but they always re-appear after a few days. also when I click on [Rating: 7] it just opens the Comments thing but I can rate the skin of the day... I wonder why

Can't find my ratings today. I just came from the GUIOlympics website. I know it uses similar cookies to WinCustomize, so maybe that's what's doing all this?
