performance question

i recently downloaded and installed quite a few things from this site...wallpaper, winblinds, cursors, bootskins, logons, sysmetrix....i was just curious about how much of my resources do these skins use up?..particularly on my graphics card and memory..if its minimal to none then that would be cool, but if i experience problems playing games and stuff, i may have to get rid of some things...BTW, after all the things i've done, i love this look so much that i've recommending your site to a lot of people

It really depends on the applicationa and how you use it for mem and cpu usage. Iconpackeager will not use up anymore memory. Windowblinds memory usage varies depending on the skin. Some skins use significantly less memory than the normal theming (meaning it allows you to use less memory than before you installed it), but also some skins use more memory than you would have used before. Desktopx uses memory, but not too much. Sysmetrix uses memory, but not to much. What I suggest is that you open up the task manager and work with what you have going on to get your memory usage to where you want it.
