When I try to download it goes to a page error

Can anyone tell me why when i go to download a suite or anything elese it will go to a page error when i click download

In Internet Explorer under Internet Options, ther is a delete cookies button :0

Well this sucks lol i deleted the cookies but the same crap ok sorry people Iam going to the help board now that i know this is my first time here so thanks for the support..

All you have to do is read the thread with this in it. Is it really so difficult?
Obviously not everyone can get what they want due to abnormal server load. We have over 900k registered users now, not counting casual visitors. That is the reason some people can't download.

If there are over 1000 users online, non paying customer are redirected to a secondary server.(ww2.wincustomize) It's possible that some of the boxes may not match up at all times on the www2 server.
