Opage Windowsblind?

hey Im looking for an opage (see through) windows blind to be made. Can anyone here help me figure this out or make one. Im into the glass type shell and Im dying to get my hands on a semi opage slightly blue windowsblind. THANKS!!

I think you mean "Opaque", although the word you are looking for is "Transparent".
You can achieve a see through effect by using WinFX, a program made by Stardock. It allows you to make any skin transparent, and you can choose the level of transparency too.
(Opaque is the opposite of transparent, meaning: impenetrable by light.)
