That had me wondering, so I dug a little further. Turns out this page was last modified in November 2000. I also knew of a similar site (but much older site) which simulated WindowMaker.

I don't get it. What am I supposed to see? I see a bunch of text scrolling quick, and then his menu. Is it supposed to look like OS 8? Cause it doesn't. At least not on my screen. Using IE 6...

paxx, do you have a pop up stopper, because after the scrolling text, the "finder" pops up in a new window. I had to turn off the pop up stopper to view it...

aw crap. ego7 changed its site. they used to have a desktop with icons and you could open windows and whatnot.. drag streaming video around as it goes transparent. was incredible.
