There are a lot of options like that on TweakUI, but I haven't installed it since switching up from 98. Dunno if there is a version of such for 2k+.

Bakerstreet: this version works for W2K in addition to 98, etc. http://www.microsoft.com/ntworkstation/downloads/PowerToys/Networking/NTTweakUI.asp
(For XP users there is an XP specific version that requires XP SP1 according to the MS site).
