How to erase this text?

Plz , can someone tell me how do i erase the text in the startup menu which normally is beside Control Panel Networkconnection , Printers and etc...

you have to edit the skin. not to complicated but not easy either. of course if the author includes it you don't. there is not "setting" to make the text on the right disappear. what happens is the size of that panel is just large enough to show the icons, not the text.

Hum, i understand.
But in the the skin i show u, the pic show that there is no text...but when i install the skin the text still there...And the same happens with the System skin.
I cant understand why authors post screenshots from some things we cant have.
They should at least explain how we do it.
I read the author saying something about edit the PartWidth/PartHeight in the xpstuff.xp file...i did that, but i saw no diference.
But in the the skin i show u, the pic show that there is no text...but when i install the skin the text still there...And the same happens with the System skin.
