It should be possible because I've already seen it in other languages than english (german, dutch, spanish)

Can you advise how does it work through the registry? If I change(rename)the particulat skin through the registry will other skins remain in english or all skins will be renamed?

And if you change the name through the registry, no matter what you have loaded in terms of skins the name will remain what you changed it to until you change it back or reinstall windows.

In the run dialogue type in "regedit" without the quotations. The first step is to save the registry in case you mess something up. This is important! In the file menu export the registry and select all. Now if you mess something up you can just double click on the saved registry file and it should go back to the way it was before. Now in the tree menu on the left, navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/MUICache. now once you clicke on MUICache in the right hand pane there should be a bunch of items. Find the one data value that you want to change, double click on it and change it to whatever you want. After you finished doing this for all of them that you want restart windows or explorer. Warning: this not only affects the startmenu, but every reference to the folder or file or program. It shouldn't change how they work, but I am not positive on this. so make sure you back up the registry in case things stop working right after changing this.
