Bootskin Help

I have a quick question for those who are farmiliar with creating bootskins...
I'm making a bootskin right now, but something is happening, and the progress bar image (the animated bit), is 4 pixels too short...bottom 4 pixels chopped off...
Anybody know what's going on?

THe progressbar image should be sized as follows:-
>>> 22x9 - 22 pixels long by 9 pixels high
