How do i get rid of start menu account picture?

I'm new to this so this might be a stupid question. How do you get rid of the account picture that is displayed on the start menu popup? Please help. That stupid microsoft picture is pissing me off. >

..and if not using WB's, but you are the administrator accountholder of your comp, you can click on start, then the picture itself...which will open a new window giving you the options to change it to something else. You can also configure a custom picture by following the instructions provided there.
(at least you can change the picture you don't like, to something you do)
