two bars

hey everyone, I am running ObjectBar, and I want to know if I can run two bars at the same time... my idea was to make the OS X finder bar and dock. I already have the finder, but I want to make my own dock, cuz theres some stuff I wanna be able to do... like in the real OS X, when you minimize an app, it puts an icon in the dock with a screen shot. I dont mind if its got the screenie or not, it could be the app's icon... but i just wanna know if this is possible. thanks a bunch!
