Downloaded WindowBlinds

I use WB4 and have downloaded some new Windowblinds. Problem is, they don't appear in the list of available windowblinds when I use the WindowBlinds program. I noticed that when I downloaded these particular ones, that a window popped up after the download and said that the skin filename.wba had been installed but for some reason, they don't appear in the list of available ones in the Windowblinds program. Anyone have any idea on why this is happening? I've checked and they are all in my Stardock/Windowblinds folders with all the accompanying images and files but they just don't show up in the WindowBlinds program. TIA
